Attention Working Parents: Conference now has a Kids Club!

< Date: 02 March 2017

Caravan Industry Association of Australia understands we are an industry of family businesses, so this year we are introducing a free Kid’s Club at the Expanding our Horizons 2017 National Conference. We trust this enables you to attend and also provides an opportunity to bring your whole family to the Gold Coast in May.

For the three days of the conference we will offer fully supervised kid’s activities for your children aged between 2 to 15 years of age in partnership with Kelly Sports. The Kid’s Club supervisors are comprehensively trained staff who will coordinate and manage all activities. Their programs allow children to become involved in a variety of activities including craft, sport, dance, movement and drama. The days will be structured to include children’s choice activities that allow them to develop independence and life skills, but more importantly it will emphasise fun, enjoyment and maximum group participation.

The Kid’s Club is free to all delegates and will be open on Wednesday 10 May through to Friday 12 May 2017. Two sessions will run on each of the three days from 8:45am to 12:45pm and 1:45pm to 5:30pm. Fruit platters and water will be supplied for morning and afternoon tea, however, parents must collect their children at lunch time and are responsible for providing lunches.

Please note that because the National Conference is an important business event, children will not be permitted in the plenary sessions, trade exhibition area or at the evening events. If childcare is required outside of the Kids Club sessions, this can be arranged independently or by Jupiters Hotel & Casino.

All Kid’s Club bookings must be received by Wednesday 3 May to allow for Kelly Sports staffing requirements. Please fill out the Kids Club Registration Form to book and for further information.
