Launched in February and designed to focus on caravan/RV trade businesses and industry-run caravan shows, the Caravan to a Million campaign is now in it’s third month and continues to drive consumers to visit their local dealership, service/repairs plus attend their state-run caravan show.

In a tightening market that includes the fierce return of cruising and international holidays coupled with the ‘cost of living’ challenges for many Australians, it is vital that industry works together to highlight the value and benefits of a caravanning/RV road trip.

The campaign takes a ‘One Industry, One Voice’ approach and with over 650 participating trade businesses, it is truly a national campaign. With the support of each trade association, each participating business is provided a printed POS pack plus digital assets.

Consumers are rewarded with free entries for visiting a local participating business, or attending a show and the quantity of entries increases when they purchase a caravan, product or service.

It is fantastic to see businesses incorporate the promotional assets provided and utilise them in their advertising and promotional efforts.

Caravan Industry Association of Australia continues to invest heavily in connecting the campaign with Australians – in addition to working with each trade state association it is undertaking a significant investment in digital, social media and paid digital advertising across major platforms. This includes a range of TVC quality assets and an endorsement partnership with industry personality ‘Macca’ McGowan.
