The CISAP is designed to support the Caravan Industry Association of Australia Vision:

To lead and champion a safe, compliant and sustainable caravanning and camping industry.

This accreditation program has been designed in consultation with the caravan and camping industry, for the benefit of the industry.  The Caravan Industry Salesperson Accreditation Program (CISAP) will give credible recognition of individual salespeople committed to ethical business behaviour and exceptional customer service.

CISAP ensures that successful applicants have a high level of understanding of; general sales, ethics and customer service, Australian Consumer Law (ACL), workplace health and safety industry information and product knowledge.  The program itself is designed to give recognition to these individuals within the industry and forms an integral part in our organisation’s commitment to industry standards through compliance and accreditation.

In return the ability to carry the industry accreditation branding showcased through an “Accreditation Key” we trust showcases to industry and consumers alike that you as an individual is committed to these standards and differentiates you as part of the consumer filter when choosing where to transact business within the caravanning and camping sector.
