Opportunities for Park Management Contracts

NSW Crown Holiday Park Trust is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably skilled and qualified applicants to manage one or more of the Holiday Parks in their portfolio. They’d like to attract interest from applicants right across Australia.

New South Wales Crown Holiday Parks Trust operates 36 Holiday Parks, reserves and boutique accommodation on Crown Land throughout the State of New South Wales. There are 7 contracts covered by the EOI process, encompassing 13 Holiday Parks within NSW spanning from the far north to the south coast.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from experienced hospitality, accommodation and/or tourism based operators seeking to enter a 10-year operating contract to manage of one or more of the Coastal Parks. The EOI is the first stage of a multi-stage tender process. The objective of the EOI process is to identify and short-list organisations that have suitable capacity, capability and experience to perform the contract.
