The Caravan, Camping, RV & Holiday Supershow ran from 26 April to 4 May, with a fantastic turnout of people coming along to see the latest and greatest the industry has to offer.
CCIA NSW President, Theo Whitmont, reported that almost 13,000 people attending on the first day alone.
“We have seen a significant upswing in the number of people, particularly families, getting into caravan and camping holidays in NSW,” Mr Whitmont said.
“In the past 12 months in particular, the number of visitors to commercial caravan and camping parks has increased by 15% and this is bearing out in the numbers we are also seeing attending the Supershow.
“People know that the Supershow is a one-stop-shop for all the latest products the industry has to offer, from luxurious caravans and motorhomes through to the smallest gadgets to make your camping trip easier.”
Mr Whitmont said the Supershow was also an opportunity to recognise the industry’s best and brightest with the annual exhibitor display awards.
“The businesses who attend the Supershow make a huge effort to present their products in the best way possible – to help the consumer get a great feel for what is on offer.
“These awards allow us to recognise this effort and we congratulate them on their displays and product offerings this year.”
