The thl Industry Leadership Award (Under 40) — previously known as the Future Leaders Award — recognises the talent shaping the future of Australia's caravan and camping industry. This award celebrates young leaders who have built teams, driven strategy and created genuine, lasting impact.
This award is for emerging leaders — those who may not yet have reached industry legend status, but whose contribution is undeniable and whose presence makes the industry stronger. Open to senior leaders and business owners who are 40 years of age or under at time of submission.
The award is presented annually at the National Conference Gala Dinner.
