Introduced in 2026, the Rising Star Award is for those at the beginning of their journey in the caravan and camping industry — people who show the drive, curiosity and character that will define the next generation of industry leaders.
The award is distinct from the thl Industry Leadership Award in that it is specifically designed for those earlier in their career — individuals who may not yet hold senior roles but who demonstrate exceptional promise and a real commitment to the industry's future.
The award is presented annually at the National Conference Gala Dinner.
