Common questions

When is the 2027 National Conference?

The conference runs from Tuesday 11 May to Friday 14 May 2027. Trade bump-in begins on Monday 10 May.

Where is it held?

RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast, Queensland. The resort is booked for our exclusive use from Tuesday to Thursday.

Who attends?

Manufacturers, dealers, repairers, park operators, suppliers and corporates. Around 1,100 delegates and more than 130 exhibitors and sponsors are expected.

When does sponsorship early bird pricing close?

Friday 12 February 2027. Forms received after that date are charged at the standard rate.

Is accommodation included?

Premium and Platinum packages include one room for three nights at RACV Royal Pines, booked by Caravan Industry Association of Australia. All other delegates and exhibitors book direct, subject to availability.

Is the CPAQ Conference the same event?

No. The CPAQ Conference is a separate event held from 10 to 11 May. Enquiries go to [email protected].
