Kyard Business Law: Offer of Half an Hour Unbilled Advice

Kyard Business Law extends an offer to each RVMAP, RDAP and SRAP member registered with the Caravan Industry Association of Australia that Kyard Business Law will provide half an hour of advice to each such member at no cost each financial year.

This offer is subject to the following conditions:

• A member must notify Kyard Business Law of their membership in one or more of the RVMAP, RDAP and SRAP programs prior to the commencement of advice for this offer to apply to that advice. If a member does not notify Kyard Business Law of its membership and does not receive the half an hour of free advice in respect of a matter, they may still do so in respect of another matter that financial year.
• This offer may not be used in relation to employment or industrial relations advice, or for any dispute where the other party is also a member of RVMAP, RDAP or SRAP.
• This offer may be used for small matters where all instructions and advice may be delivered in half an hour, in which case the member will not receive any invoice in respect of the advice, or it may be used in a more complicated advice, in which case Kyard Business Law will notify the member when the time covered by the offer will expire, and will mark on the first invoice for that matter a discount for the first half hour spent.
