Caravan Industry Association of Australia welcomes the commitment by BMPRO to the next generation of industry leaders through their naming rights sponsorship in 2020 of both the BMPRO Future Leaders Award and the Future Leaders Forum (to be held in conjunction with the National Conference).
BMPRO has been a longstanding supporter of both the Future Leaders Forum and Caravan Industry Association of Australia more broadly. As a company with a 50 year history of manufacturing, BMPRO’s history proves innovation and longevity make great partners, and their internal commitment to staff development makes this investment a natural fit with the cultures within the company.
Caravan Industry CEO Stuart Lamont was excited by the extension of the support for the Future Leaders program by BMPRO into the Future Leaders Award following their strong historical sponsorship of the Forum.
“We welcome the ongoing support of BMPRO for this important industry initiative, future proofing our industry through the development of talent,” he said.
“Previous Future Leaders Award recipients have gone onto achieve everything from kick starting new business ventures to pursuing professional development with AICD and Harvard University. Our industry is filled with enthusiastic young minds and events such as these provide the opportunity for them to come together to learn and collaborate.”
BMPRO Ambassador David Bayliss commented that the support for the development of future leaders was entrenched within their DNA.
“From our internal staff empowerment programs to our scholarship programs through Melbourne University, we have always been driven to encourage growth within our future thought leaders, and to give something back to the Industry through our commitment to the Future Leaders program is complementary to our business culture.”
The BMPRO Future Leaders Forum will be held at RACV Royal Pines on April 1 with a social evening held on March 31.
The announcement of the BMPRO Future Leaders Award will be made at the Gala Dinner on April 3.
