A couple of clicks were all it took for Avida Ballarat to unlock a high-quality sales lead through the RVMAP Dealer Leads Program.

The Victorian business has become the first dealership to secure a sale through the new initiative, closing on an Avida Birdsville just days after receiving a high-intent lead from Avida Motorhomes & Caravans’ head office – a lead generated via the program’s RV Finder service.

Richard Ford, Manager of Avida Ballarat, said the process was highly efficient and effective.

“We simply clicked a link provided by Avida, who had told us about this new program, and we were able to contact with the customer,” Ford said. “We had their email address and sent them all the relevant information based on what we knew they were looking for.

“From there, we followed up, arranged an appointment, and the customer drove down and purchased the motorhome on the day.”
