Dealerships shine in latest accreditation audits

Our accreditation team hit the road in early March, visiting dealerships in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Staff at Green RV, Caravan World and Adventure Caravan Centre warmly welcomed Accreditation Programs Manager Mark Shipton and Compliance Engineer Lachlan Carpenter, who carried out the periodic assessments required under the Retail Dealership Accreditation Program (RDAP).

Mark and Lachlan were happy to report that all visited dealerships demonstrated high levels of compliance with accreditation standards, showcasing best practices across business planning, HR management, risk management, sales and customer service.

“It was especially encouraging to see dealer principals actively supporting the Caravan Industry Salesperson Accreditation Program, with most staff either already accredited or preparing to submit their applications,” said Mark.

RDAP encourages dealership owners and principals to pursue continuous improvement, helping their businesses thrive in one of the most competitive sectors of the industry.

These audits not only focus on compliance but also on a genuine commitment to business excellence, ensuring customers receive top-tier service at every dealership.

The Retail Dealership Accreditation Program (RDAP) is administered by Caravan Industry Association of Australia. It identifies highly professional, ethical and customer-focused businesses ready to assist with your next RV purchase. Subject to stringent independent audits of business practices – including compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) – accredited caravan and RV dealerships are committed to best practice in business management, operational policies and procedures, sales and customer service.
