Caravan Industry Association of Australia is pleased to launch our latest official partnership with Sunrise, Australia’s number one prime time morning show.
We are excited to also have BIG4 Holiday Parks and Let’s Go Motorhomes onboard as our partners for the upcoming Sam Mac Convoy.
“If we can capture the imagination of the travelling public towards caravanning and camping, we can influence their future purchase intentions,” said Caravan Industry Association of Australia CEO Stuart Lamont.
The partnership was officially launched today, October 30, and will include national television promotion throughout the month of November, resulting in millions of viewers being exposed to the caravan and camping lifestyle as a holiday option.
The program’s viewers are encouraged to enter online, with three families set to win an all-expenses paid camping trip around South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales from November 26-30. Each day the popular host will live broadcast from a caravan camping holiday park, highlighting the many wonderful activities Australians can enjoy this summer.
Caravan Industry Association of Australia CEO Stuart Lamont noted that while Christmas was filling fast for many caravanning destinations, it was important to keep caravanning and camping front of mind in the eyes of the consumer as they contemplate their upcoming holidays.
“With so many options in today’s world in which to spend your discretionary time and money, it is vital that we keep industry product in the media. Having a three week pre-promote as well as the ability to display some of our industry’s finest using mainstream television editorial, is just part of our strategy to consistently showcase our exciting lifestyle to Australian consumers.”
