Outdoria officially merges with CamperMate
Earlier this month, The Outdoria Group made the announcement that three of their brands – Outdoria, GoSeeAustralia, and CamperMate – would be officially integrated under the CamperMate brand.
CamperMate is a platform utilised by consumers for discovering the area around them while they are road tripping, and is commonly used for finding accommodation, experiences, petrol stations and more.
Outdoria first merged with CamperMate several months ago and are utilising the platform to drive bookings to parks. To bolster this further, they are also adding a live booking functionality, enabling users to book directly in the app and increase the value to caravan holiday parks.
The team at Outdoria and CamperMate are also uniquely positioned to reach pre-trip audience via both the GoSeeAustralia website and deliver results for parks through communicating with travellers during their trip.
With the Outdoria Group being a major player in the industry this integration will be particularly relevant for those working in the tourism and holiday park sector. To help kick-off the integration with CamperMate, Outdoria has teamed up with Carlton & United Breweries for a CamperMate promotion that will run on 230,000 boxes of Great Northern beer, offering a $20 discount on bookings made through the platform.
The campaign will drive significant volumes of traffic to the CamperMate accommodation website — previously GoSeeAustralia — and will feature in 1,400 bottle shops, liquor stores and retail outlets around the country for three months starting from October (vouchers will be valid until May 16, 2020).
To make the most of this, the team at Outdoria are encouraging parks to sign up to the platform as soon as possible. What’s more, they are offering Caravan Industry Association of Australia members a 25% discount to come onto CamperMate and 30% if they are already on GoSeeAustralia but would like to upgrade.
