Alterations and Cancellations
Any alterations and cancellations must be received by email to [email protected].
Substitutions are welcome at no additional cost. However, Caravan Industry Association of Australia must be notified of any substitutions prior to the event by email: [email protected].
Refunds Policy: Change of Mind
- A full refund of conference delegate registration will be made if notification is received more than 6 weeks prior to commencement of the event.
- 6 weeks prior to commencement of the event– 75% refund or full credit for 2027.
- 4 weeks prior to commencement of the event– 50% refund or full credit for 2027.
- 2 weeks prior to commencement of the event– 25% refund or full credit for 2027.
- Less than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the event – no refund, or full credit for 2027.
- No refunds for Friday Frenzy/Cyber Monday Special.
Refunds Policy: COVID-19
- Relating only to any delegate fee paid to Caravan Industry Association of Australia in association with the 2026 National Conference – additional costs such as flights and accommodation etc are the full responsibility of the delegate.
- Should the conference be cancelled or postponed – full refund or full credit for 2027.
- Delegate is unable to travel to the event due to a COVID health directive relating to a border closure or restrictions requiring a quarantine period – full refund or full credit for 2027 if you are unable to substitute your registration.
Recording and Image Waiver
Caravan Industry Association of Australia reserves the right to broadcast and transmit recorded content via TV, internet, and any other means of distribution. Caravan Industry Association of Australia also reserves the right to capture photographic images during the event and use them for promotional purposes. By entering the venue, you agree to be filmed, photographed, and recorded. You also agree that all material captured by Caravan Industry Association of Australia may be used by Caravan Industry Association of Australia and its partners for promotional purposes, worldwide.
Delegate Payments and Invoices
Any outstanding amounts must be paid before the event commences. Delegates with an unpaid balance will not be admitted to the event. Invoices are inclusive of 10% GST.
Privacy Policy

- Your registration data such as full name, job title, company/organisation, industry sector, and email will be shared with our exhibitors. If you wish for your job title, industry sector, and email not to be shared with the exhibitors you can opt-out by emailing: [email protected]
- If you are attending the Caravan Parks Association of Queensland (CPAQ) Conference and/or CPAQ Awards Dinner, your registration information will be shared with CPAQ.
- If you are attending a Masterclass, your registration information will be shared with the organiser of that Masterclass (e.g. RMS, Dometic, etc) and can be used for marketing purposes.
- If you claim a discount/subsidy we will share your registration details with the relevant organisation to verify your entitlement. If your entitlement is disputed, we will void the discount and charge the difference to your credit card.
- You are required to adhere to all federal and state regulations that are applicable at the time of the event as well as any regulations set by the venue.
