To be eligible to apply for a new Vehicle Type Approval, the applicant must be able to demonstrate they fulfil all the relevant eligibility criteria. One of the eligibility criteria is that the manufacturer or importer is able to provide vehicles which comply with all the applicable Australian Design Rules.
