Develop a Workplace Well-Being Plan for your Business
The last 18 months has seen more challenges than most people meet in their lifetime in regard to looking after themselves and looking after the business they operate in. Often, the business takes priority, and sometimes, this is at the expense of the individuals within the business.
To help address this, Caravan Industry Association of Australia is partnering with Beyond Blue to provide an overview of a Workplace Wellbeing Plan. This plan aims to support small business owners who employ staff to develop a plan to improve the wellbeing of their staff.
This plan has been developed by Beyond Blue as part of the “NewAccess for Small Business Owners” program which has a suite of free tools specifically designed for small businesses.
Caravan Industry Association of Australia will be hosting Mel Novak from Beyond Blue on October 6th at 1pm AEDT for 45 minutes who will outline how to establish a workplace well-being plan, and the other free resources available through Beyond Blue’s NewAccess program.
The session will take place on Zoom – please register your interest below.
